Choose one of the two plans provided by DJI Care Enterprise based on your flight needs and enjoy flight care that will save you hassle.

There are two Care Enterprise options, Basic and Plus.
Basic – You are entitled to 2 equipment replacements/repairs during the first year, with a deductible payable for each replacement.
Plus – It entitles you to unlimited replacements during the first year, up to the total value of the item being replaced, meaning it has coverage without any associated deductible that covers up to the value of the equipment.

How do I activate the insurance?

If the equipment is new, the insurance is automatically activated upon activation of the drone, and the user receives an email with the insurance information.

In case of insurance renewal:

Renewal must be made before the expiration of the current insurance. The insurance is provided through an activation code that must be entered together with the serial number and the policyholder’s identification through the following link

What is the difference between the Worry-Free Basic Combo and Worry-Free Plus Combo?

To ensure operation safety, if your product encounters flight accidents like collision, water damage, and signal interference within 12 months after activation, we will provide affordable replacements or free repairs according to the combo type.

The Worry-Free Basic Combo provides up to two affordable replacements. After paying the corresponding replacement fee, you can have your damaged product replaced with a well-functioning one.

The Worry-Free Plus Combo provides a coverage amount equivalent to the provduct’s value. You can enjoy unlimited free repairs within the coverage amount.

What is DJI Care Refresh?

DJI Care Refresh is an after-sales service plan launched by DJI that offers you an efficient, flexible and optional accidental damage protection solution, allowing you to enjoy your DJI product with greater peace of mind wherever you go.

Under what conditions can I purchase DJI Care Refresh?

DJI Care Refresh can connect to your DJI equipment when it meets one of the following criteria:

  • New and non-activated product;
  • Drone or gimbal activated in the last 48 hours;
  • Portable devices activated in the last 30 days;

If the product does not meet the above conditions, request a video verification or contact DJI Support to return the product. DJI Care Refresh can be purchased within 72 hours of receiving notice of purchase.

Where is DJI Care Refresh available?

DJI Care Refresh is currently only available to customers in the United States, Canada, EU countries, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea and mainland China.

You can check if DJI Care Refresh is available in your country. In order to enjoy the services normally, DJI Care Refresh and the corresponding device must be purchased in the same country or region.

What is the coverage period of DJI Care Refresh and how can the effective time be calculated?

The validity period of the replacement service and the Exclusive Discount Repair Service provided by DJI Care Refresh (1 Year Plan) will be calculated from 00:00 hours on the date indicated in the service contract, and the validity period is 12 months. The validity period of the “Safe Flight Rewards” service provided by DJI Care Refresh (1-Year Plan) will be calculated from the expiration of the validity period of the replacement service and the discounted repair service, and the validity period is 12 months (In Europe and the United Kingdom, the validity period of the “Safe Flight Rewards” service will be calculated from the expiration of the official warranty period).

The validity period of the replacement service provided by DJI Care Refresh (2-Year Plan) will be calculated from 00:00 hours on the date specified in the service contract, and the validity period is 24 months. The validity period of the warranty extension service provided by DJI Care Refresh (2-year plan) will be calculated from 00:00 hours on the second year of the date specified in the service contract. It shall terminate at the same time the replacement service period expires. The validity period is 12 months. The validity period of the “Safe Flight Rewards” service provided by DJI Care Refresh (2-Year Plan) will be calculated from the expiration of the validity period of the replacement service and the discounted repair service, and the validity period is 12 months.

The aforementioned services cannot be used outside the validity period. Damage or accidents with the product within the service coverage that occur outside the validity period are not covered by DJI Care Refresh.

What is the difference between DJI Care Refresh and the DJI product warranty?

A product warranty is a repair service warranty provided when your DJI product malfunctions due to non-user error. DJI products are eligible for this service if damage occurs within the above coverage during the warranty period. If DJI Care Refresh is purchased, the official warranty period may be extended accordingly (if applicable).

DJI Care Refresh provides a replacement service and a discounted repair service if damage to the product occurs during normal use or accidents. If you have purchased DJI Care Refresh and the repair costs are covered by the standard product warranty, the remaining balance of discounted replacement or repair on your DJI Care Refresh will not be affected.

Factory maintenance provided by DJI Care Refresh is preventive maintenance designed to keep your product in excellent condition. During factory service, any product failure found to be outside the scope of service will be dealt with by official warranty, replacement service or discounted repair service, depending on the actual situation.

Since the effective time of DJI Care Refresh varies for different services after purchase, damage or an accident to the product within the service coverage that occurs before the service becomes effective is not covered by DJI Care Refresh. No reimbursement will be made for service charges incurred prior to the effective date of the service.

Which products are compatible with the DJI Care Refresh flyaway replacement service?

If the product blows up after completing the replacement service process, you can obtain a working product from DJI.

What are the account connection and remote control functions required for the DJI Care Refresh flyaway replacement service?

To ensure that your drone can use the flyaway replacement service, the DJI account must be linked to the drone, and the remote control connected to the drone. Associating a drone with a DJI account means that the account owner has ownership of the drone. The connection of the drone to the remote control records the connection relationship between the drone and the remote control.

If a flyaway occurs, only the connected account owner can request the flyaway replacement service and produce the flyaway report with the connected remote control to mark the drone as flyaway.

Therefore, to use the drone replacement service for your products, be sure to go to [Perfil] – [Gestión de dispositivos] the application to connect your application account to the drone in advance, and also to connect the remote control to the drone.

In case of flyaway, the replacement service cannot be used if the drone or remote control is not connected to the DJI account, or if the account or remote control is not connected before the flight takes place.

Can I renew my DJI Care Refresh when it expires? After a replacement, do I need to re-purchase DJI Care Refresh?

If your DJI Care Refresh (1-year plan) has not yet expired and there is still at least one replacement product, then you can purchase DJI Care Refresh +, which extends your replacement service for another year, as well as extending the warranty period of your product.

Since DJI Care Refresh + provides a second year of after-sales services, DJI Care Refresh + cannot be purchased if you have already purchased the DJI Care Refresh 2-Year Plan.

DJI Care Refresh cannot be purchased multiple times. Each DJI product can only be linked to DJI Care Refresh once. After using the service provided by DJI Care Refresh, if the serial number of the product is changed, the supplied product will automatically be linked to the original DJI Care Refresh product, and the original service and warranty period will continue. Therefore, the original unit will no longer have a DJI Care Refresh plan.

Please do not repurchase DJI Care Refresh for the replacement unit. In case of replacement, it is not possible to take out new insurance for the replacement product.
