Simplified team communication

Synchronize valuable information, such as team position, drone status, mission details and more, in real time and across multiple device types, making team collaboration easier than ever.

Unified management, from the cloud

Route planning and mission management

Create all kinds of flight missions directly from your computer using the 2.5D Base Map. Preview the expected results for each point of the mission, ensuring flight path safety and data quality. Synchronize missions with pilots for efficient and convenient execution.

Media management

The results of the review operation in the cloud. Open any captured photo, video or panorama and it will be displayed on the 2.5D Base Map along with the corresponding coordinate information.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which aircraft and payloads are compatible?

Compatible aircraft: Matrice 300 RTK and Matrice 30 Series. Compatible payloads: Zenmuse H20, Zenmuse H20T and Zenmuse H20N.

What is the maximum number of devices that can be connected at the same time?

There is no limit to the number of connected devices and the operating status of each device can be viewed in real time.

What is the maximum number of live transmission channels supported at the same time?

There is no limit on the number of live transmissions, and actual usage depends on the downlink bandwidth of the final transmission network.

What images are displayed on a live streaming platform?

FPV camera images and the current gimbal payload are currently supported.

Is there sound in the live broadcast?

No sound is provided.

Can live videos be saved and downloaded?

Yes, it supports live video recording. The recorded data can be viewed and downloaded from the library. The downloaded files are in M3U8 format, you need a video player that supports this format.

What is the delay of live streaming in general?

If the network connection is good, the delay should be less than 1 second.

Does the M300 support simultaneous transmission of dual-gimbal images?

Not supported at the moment.

What brand of cloud server is used?

Amazon Web Services.

How to ensure the security of user data?

  1. The access link is equipped with multi-layer protection mechanisms, including RASP, WAF, one-device-one-key, etc., to ensure that the server is not attacked and to prevent the disclosure of important information in training.
  2. The hosting service is secure, and FlightHub 2 uses Amazon as its ISO27001/27017/27018 certified cloud computing and storage service provider.
  3. DJI has strict operating procedures for systems operation and maintenance. It follows to the letter the principle of minimum authorization to strictly control permits and is ISO27001 certified.

What protocol is used for data transfer?

It supports http, mqtt and ws, and each link is encrypted by TLS to ensure data security.

Will the aircraft log be recorded or synchronized? Is the log view function available?

Not supported at this time.

Is it compatible with DJI accounts?

DJI FlightHub 2 uses the DJI unified account, so there is no need to create/activate an additional DJI account.

What operating systems are supported? Are there any requirements regarding the browser to be used?

It is compatible with Windows, Mac, Android, iOS and other systems. Access to Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox browsers is recommended.

Can I import and display external map layers in DJI FlightHub 2?

DJI Flighthub 2 supports the import of points, lines and external surfaces in KML format. Other layer information such as TIFF, templates, etc. cannot currently be imported.

Can aircraft movements be controlled or gimbal angle adjusted?

Not supported at this time.

Is FlightHub 2 an iterative version of DJI FlightHub? What are the differences between these two?

FlightHub 2 is a new drone task management platform and is not an iterative version of DJI FlightHub. FlightHub 2 focuses on task monitoring, execution and command. It offers real-time situational awareness and synchronization through a cloud platform, while DJI FlightHub focuses more on drone statistics and data management.

Where are the DJI Flighthub 2 cloud servers located?

Flighthub 2 servers are located in Virginia (USA), and additional servers will be added in other locations at a later date based on user demand. For latency-sensitive services, such as live video streaming, global server optimization is applied to significantly reduce network latency.
