DJI Care Enterprise is undoubtedly a major differentiator in DJI equipment, as the entire Enterprise range offers the service (insurance is included in the price of enterprise drones and sensors).
DJI care enterprise is a hull coverage service that is included in the price of the equipment for a period of one year. This provides the user with the security of the investment made in the equipment.
There are two Care Enterprise options, Basic and Plus.
- Basic – entitles you to 2 replacements / repairs of the equipment during the first year, with an excess to be paid for each replacement.
- Plus – entitles you to unlimited replacements during the first year, up to the full value of the item being replaced, i.e., it has coverage with no associated deductible that covers up to the value of the equipment.
It is important to note that DJI Care Enterprise is not a substitute for liability insurance, which is mandatory for equipment over 900gr.
The service can be renewed for up to 3 years with full coverage during this period.
How do I activate the insurance?
If the equipment is new, the insurance is automatically activated upon activation of the drone, and the user receives an email with the insurance information.
In case of insurance renewal:
The renewal must be carried out before the current insurance expires. The insurance is provided via an activation code which must be entered together with the serial number and identification of the policyholder via the following link:
